Refund policy

Returns 
An item may be returned if it is within three days of delivery and is in its same condition and packaging.  A refund would be issued only after it is received in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please provide the tracking number.  Sale items and any items shipped from outside vendors (ie, temple jars, garden stools, and large planters) are not returnable.  

Refunds (if applicable)
Although we package all items as well as possible a breakage may occur.  If your item is damaged on arrival a full refund will be issued. If this occurs, please email collectiblebrooks@gmail.com within three days of delivery along with pictures of the damaged item and its packaging so a claim may be remitted to the USPS.  Please retain the packaging so a claim may be made.  After this information is received your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  

Shipping

All items are shipped via insured USPS Priority Mail or UPS. If a package’s tracking information shows it was delivered to your address but appears to be missing, the customer should contact USPS and follow their protocols for missing packages. Collectible Brooks is not responsible for missing packages if tracking information confirms the order was delivered to the appropriate address.  If a package has been stolen the customer should file a report with local police.  Please note that shipping is not available to San Antonio area and pickup or delivery (to 78209 zip code) will need to be arranged.  Please make sure that a phone number is available to make arrangements.
