Shipping policy

All items are shipped via insured USPS Priority Mail. If a package’s tracking information shows it was delivered to your address but seems to be missing please contact USPS and follow their protocols for missing packages. Collectible Brooks is not responsible for missing packages if tracking information shows they were delivered to the appropriate address.

San Antonio locals:  Orders must be picked up from pickup location (shipping is not available unless special circumstances) and must be picked up within seven days. Complimentary delivery is available for 78209 residents. Please include phone number during checkout for pickup and delivery communication.
